We will make available our list of service contractors who will make immediate improvements that range from slight cosmetic changes to more significant structural alterations. Home staging and garden modifications are an integral part of the process.
When representing buyers, our construction and renovation knowledge allows us to target properties where value will be maximized with small or large improvements. This insures our clients that they are making the best investment possible, even in a slow or “down” market. This guidance also allows clients to customize or personalize a home to meet their specific need and taste. Buyers get access to our team of general contractors, all subcontractors, and landscape and interior design referrals.
